Welcome to my NCOER resource pages. The purpose of these pages is to provide information to help Army leaders properly counsel and evaluate their subordinate noncommissioned officers. Within these pages you will find tips on conducting effective NCO counseling utilizing the NCOER Counseling Checklist (DA FORM 2166-8-1), and properly preparing the NCOER Evaluation Report (DA FROM 2166-8).
