Duty Description: Fire Direction Computer Sergeant in a Battlefiled Coordination Detachment plans section; coordinates the operation of the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) with the United States Air Force Command (AFCENT) Combine Air and Space Operation Center (CAOC) Theater Battle Management and Coordination System (TBMCS) in order to integrate and synchronize the application of air power in support of ground operations; updates the CAOC plans division on the friendly operations and their priorities for Close Air Support (CAS), Electronic Warfare (EW) and Air Interdiction (AI) Air Support Requests (ASR).
