Duty Description: Serves as the Assistant Inspector General for United States XXXXX Command with over XXX,XXX U.S. Military and Civilian personnel; receives and process requests for assistance; conducts IG inquiries; inspections; completes all suspense's; performs preliminary analysis of issues and determines best approach to solve problems; analyzes systemic issues and determines root causes; provides administrative support; communicates clearly and professionally when dealing with sensitive issues in person or over the phone; prepares and presents briefings on cases orally or written to senior officials.

Duty Description: First Sergeant of a forward deployed Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Company spread out over five geographically dispersed locations; responsible for CI/HUMINT throughout 70 percent of South Korea; responsible for the health, morale, and training of 77 Soldiers, and multiple Korean National employees, DOD civilian employees, and Korean Augmentees to the US Army; responsible for a company with over $5 million of property and five barracks buildings.

Duty MOSC: Immaterial 30-40 Level
Duty Description: Performs duties as a Drill Sergeant for a Basic Combat Training (BCT) battery; responsible for the health, welfare, and training of a 64 Soldier platoon; acts as a positive role model for all Initial Entry Training (IET) Soldiers by portraying the seven Army values; provides instructions in all common skills and ensures strict adherence of safety procedures during training and live fire exercises; conducts all training to standard using the assist and insist method of training.

Duty Description: Serves as the Equal Opportunity Advisor to the 4th Brigade Commander; provides Equal Opportunity guidance and training for over 500 Soldiers within five Reserve and five Active Component Battalions spread over four states; manages and assists Commanders' Equal Opportunity Programs by formulating, directing, and sustaining fair treatment for all persons based solely on merit, fitness, and capability in support of readiness; conducts Staff Assisted Visits, Command Climate Surveys, Focus Groups, One-on-One interviews, and personal observations in order to construct each Commander's Executive Summary Brief for Organizational Assessments.

Duty Description: Performs duties as a Training NCO for a Basic Combat Training (BCT) battery consisting of 256 Initial Entry Training (IET) Soldiers; develops, publishes and maintains all IET Soldiers and cadre training records; prepares and coordinates make-up training; secures all training aids and materials for cadre and Soldiers' training; executes all in and out processing of Soldiers and cadre; assists Soldiers in personnel actions; accountable for over $50,000 worth of equipment.
Echelon: Maintenance Company, Brigade Support Battalion
Principle Duty Title: Training NCO
Duty MOSC: Immaterial 20-30 Level
Duty Description: Training NCO for a Brigade Support Battalion Maintenance Company within the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault); responsible for carrying out the commander's plans and programs for the accomplishment of the unit's training objectives and missions; drafts training schedules; maintains unit training files by continual review of available publications and directives; prepares request for training areas, ranges, and other items required to support scheduled training; manages the companies allocations for Air Assault, Warrior Leaders Course and numerous other Soldiers schools; responsible for MTOE valued at over $500,000.00.

Duty MOSC: Combat Arms Immaterial 40 Level
Duty Description: Serves as an Operations Sergeant in a light Infantry Brigade Combat team (BCT) forward deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom; manages the daily BCT TOC shift; provides battlefield updates via CPOF to higher headquarters and subordinate units; receives and distributes situational reports and events; provides the BCT Commander updates on the operational environment; responsible for developing the operations, intelligence and effects briefings and the shift change briefings for the BCT Commander; responsible for the health, welfare and training of five enlisted Soldiers; responsible for equipment worth over $2,000,000.
