Don't see your MOS listed, or did your query only return a couple results? Then I need your help. Please e-mail me your bullet submissions, and I will categorized them, and then add them to the database! I also need NCOER bullets for specific NCO additional duties and leadership positions so that I can add the ability to query them too.

Do you see the potential for a relational database containing thousands of NCOER bullets with the ability to submit queries based on Bullet Type, Bullet Performance Category, MOS, Leadership Position, and/or Additional Duty? Imagine this: my database is already designed to provide answers to such questions as: "Show me all the Exceeded Standard, Develops Bullets, for a 19K serving as a Platoon Sergeant;" however, this functionality is currently not available simply because I don’t have enough bullets to support such complex queries.
